Where can I find my tracking number?
When your items are shipped out, you should receive an automatic notification from the system via email providing you with a tracking number.
NOTE: The tracking info can be confusing and reads as the following: The city listed is the next destination city. It seems to indicate it is in that city, but it is the destination of the next shipping facility. We apologize for any confusion. This is how the system interprets the shipping company information.
"Arrived shipping partner facility" means your order has arrived from our warehouse to our shipping partner to begin the shipping process. Once your order arrives at our shipping partner, a tracking number is assigned and you will receive an email that your package has shipped. It may take 24-36 hours for the tracking info to become live in the system.
If your tracking information has not changed in a few days, it simply means your package is between shipping facilities. Once It reaches the next shipping facility, your tracking number will be updated and you will receive an email notification with the updated shipping information. Please be patient for updates. Your order is in transit and will arrive within our stated shipping time frames.

Unexpected Delays
In some instances the delivery may take longer than the standard shipping times stated above. External factors such as COVID 19 may cause shipping delays such as international customs processing and holidays which is beyond our control. Please contact us if your package is taking too long to arrive and we will work with you to resolve any situation.
We have a 90-day refund policy, which means you have 90 days after receiving your item to request a refund. We do not accept returns currently.
To be eligible for a refund, you must provide us with a reason for your refund and if you would like your refund to be in the form of store credit or refund to your credit card.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
